What we check — and what we do not
What confirmation means
- A person at a company email domain matching the employer responded to a unique link.
- They confirmed the job title and employment dates shown on that request.
- We record the confirmation time, domain, and a self-declared role for audit.
What we do not check
- We do not independently investigate employment disputes or contact HR for you.
- The confirmer’s role is self-declared — we label it that way on every public page.
- Records can be revoked. A revoked record never displays as valid.
For employers
Run development and team-fit assessments with the people who already work for you — for coaching, team composition, and leadership development only. Never for hiring, screening, selection, ranking, or pass/fail employment decisions.
Security and data handling
Confirmation tokens are high-entropy and stored as hashes only. Confirmer names and emails are not shown on public pages. Viewer IPs on public lookups are stored hashed. Identity documents use envelope encryption. Pending identity reviews use internal admin tools — not this public site.
